As long as you cancel your booking before 10am on the day before you’re due to arrive, there will be no charge. Bookings cancelled after 10am on the day before you’re due to arrive will be charged for the first night’s stay. No shows will be charged for the first night’s stay.

Your credit or debit card will have been charged at the time of booking, and this is a non-refundable, non-transferable amount. Should you need to cancel there will be no refund applicable.

No we take a credit card to guarantee reservations and our cancellation policy then applies.

We love to welcome well-behaved owners and their dogs to the inn, but please be aware that not everyone loves your dog as much as you do. To help us keep happy customers of both the two and four legged varieties please observe our simple requests:

- Dogs are allowed in the bar area, but not in the dining only areas
- Please don’t let your dog jump or pester other guests or their pets, or disturb others by barking
- Make sure your dog is clean and dry before they come in to the inn

Yes, three-course meal – menu is limited but you can upgrade to our main menu for supplement.

As with most cities, parking is at a premium, but we do have three spaces at the rear of the hotel which can be reserved in advance at £5 per night. Or you can park at the Auction Mart car park (postcode LX1 1XU), located on Thurnham Street (follow the one-way system, which is just across the junction from the inn) Prices below:

Overnight - parking at £1.50
per night from 6.00pm-8.00am

Day rates are:
Up to 1 hour - £1.50
Up to 3 hours - £2.50
Up to 10 hours - £8.00
Up to 24 hours - £9.00
